Jan Gehl and grandmothers » Shasta Daisies

Shasta Daisies are sterile but they can revert back to the parent plant, ox-eye daisy, which is an invasive plant in Alberta, a weed. It is very difficult to tell them apart. [R]everted Shastas can crossbreed with ox-eye, resulting in a hybrid that is difficult to distinguish from either parent, and can also be invasive. See Calgary Garden Coach
